Harvard University is the private research university located in Massachusetts Cambridge, United States. This university is the oldest university in United States which was established in 1636 AD.This university is popular all over the world for its quality education. The Harvard University was named from its first benefactor- John Harvard who was died in 1638 AD. It was established by the vote of general court of Massachusetts (legislature). Harvard was founded 140 years before the Independence.
